CINEMATIC NARRATIVE

Forum Theatre involves a short scene depicting workplace issues, followed by audience participation in discussing and suggesting solutions. It tackles various topics like leadership and diversity.

Participants can practice different strategies, get feedback, and coaching from facilitators and peers.

FORUM THEATRE

We create engaging experiences for issues with communication, leadership, and conflict resolution. Participants reflect on the efficiency of their behaviour and improve upon it. This method gives greater context, helping build practical skills and increasing confidence in communicating first hand.

LIVE PERFORMANCE

Role-playing scenarios engage participants and help apply knowledge practically. Immediate feedback and learning from mistakes improve retention. Role-play enhances collaboration, teamwork, and professional networks. It promotes active learning and skill transfer to real-world situations.

ROLE PLAY

Hot seating exercise enhances communication skills and thinking on feet. A participant is put in the "hot seat" and challenged with questions / scenarios related to their role or training topic to improve critical thinking, articulation, knowledge, and expertise. It builds confidence and quick thinking under pressure.

HOT SEATING

Our immersive training techniques simulate the workplace or specific business situations for participants to practice skills and decision-making safely. It's ideal for high-risk or complex situations, providing realistic, interactive experience and practical skill development that's difficult in a classroom.
