LET'S DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT. By meeting in person or over Zoom, we can ensure that we fully understand your goals and objectives, and we can work together to create a tailored program that meets your needs. We'll discuss the type of training you want delivered, the best delivery method, and project timelines and delivery dates. We'll work with you to identify key risk areas throughout your organisation.

WE'LL CRAFT A SCRIPT that oozes authenticity and accuracy, building up believability when presented to your team. This is where our expertise in storytelling comes in. By working with you to understand your organisation’s values and goals, we can create a script that is authentic, accurate, and engaging. Our global initiative is all about creating training programs that inspire and motivate your team, and a killer script is key to achieving this.

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! Once we have an approved script, we will begin the production phase. We will use state-of-the-art equipment to produce a high-quality film, theatrical performance, or a combination of both, based on your preferences. We have a team of highly experienced actors and crew who will bring their expertise to the table to ensure that the production is of the highest quality.  Find out more about our delivery methods.

REHEARSE & REFINE. Before we unveil the production to your team, we'll rehearse and refine it together, fine-tuning every aspect of the training experience to ensure that it resonates with your audience. This is an essential step in ensuring that the production is perfect for your team. We'll work with you to identify any areas that need improvement, and we'll make sure that everything is in place before the big day.

NOW IT'S SHOWTIME! Our team of engaging facilitators and actors will get your audience thinking, debating, and talking about what they've just experienced. Our goal is to create an engaging and memorable experience that will leave a lasting impression on your team.
